Quick Start Tutorial for Hitonic WebSite Uploader

This simple tutorial describes how you can start using Hitonic WebSite Uploader. The tutorial does not describe all features of the program. Detail information will be completed a little later.

Step 1. Start the Program

Step 2. Create a New Project

Select the menu item "File/New Blank Project".

Step 3. Select the local directory of your site

Select the local directory of your site by clicking the button "Select Local Directory".

After that, the local contents of your site are loaded.

Step 4. Select the FTP Server

Select the FTP server by clicking the button "Select FTP Server". Enter your FTP server connection data (domain name, root directory, authorization, etc.).

After that, the FTP server contents are loaded.

Step 5. View Changes

You can expand contents of directories by clicking .

Items have different colors, which have different meanings.
Black - no changing items
Gray - no existing local items
Green - new FTP server items
Red - deleting FTP server items
Blue - changing FTP server items

Step 6. Upload Changes

Click the button "Upload Changes".

Verify the changes and press the button "Upload". The changes will be made on the FTP server.
